On April 4, a delegation led by Li Mengli, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Documentation and Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, visited the laboratory for research. Zhang Yanqiang, Executive Deputy Director of the laboratory, Nie Yi, Deputy Director, and Huo Feng, Assistant Director, warmly received Li Mengli and his delegation.

Li Mengli visited the exhibition hall, basic research and development laboratory, and power battery pilot platform. During the research period, Nie Yi gave a detailed introduction to the research progress and application demonstration of new technologies in the laboratory, such as new energy high-performance power batteries, rare earth hydrogen storage alloy torches, high-energy aerospace fuels, optical grade polycarbonate materials, and green spinning.

At the subsequent symposium, Han Tao, Director of the Science and Technology Management Department, gave a brief introduction to the development process, development positioning, core capabilities, and service intentions of the Literature and Information Center, with a focus on providing detailed explanations on services such as data and literature resource support, disciplinary intelligence and consulting, scientific and technological knowledge, and academic information. Huo Feng introduced the construction background, preparation process, strategic positioning, research direction, development planning, and other aspects of the Longzi Lake New Energy Laboratory.

Li Mengli fully affirmed the achievements of the laboratory in scientific and technological innovation, achievement transformation, and stated that there is a lot of cooperation space with the laboratory in new energy industry research, intellectual property protection, talent cultivation, and other aspects. Nie Yi stated that we should promote the construction of laboratory literature and intellectual property systems, strengthen industry intelligence system collaboration, and provide prospects for cooperation in related businesses.
