In order to improve the comprehensive quality of management personnel and enhance the level of laboratory management, a special training for management personnel was conducted on April 12th. Zhang Yanqiang, Executive Deputy Director of the laboratory, attended and presided over the meeting.
At the training session, effective leadership expert Fang Nan provided management skills training for the participants. The course provides detailed explanations on the role recognition and positioning of management, the abilities and qualities that managers should possess, effective communication in work, efficient work and time management, and self cultivation of managers. Through group competitions, the course guides everyone to play a leading role, exercise team collaboration skills, and establish thinking logic, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of attendees.
In the subsequent discussion and sharing meeting, everyone combined their work experience to deeply explore the key and difficult points encountered in management work, as well as methods to improve work and communication efficiency. The attendees expressed great benefits, gaining a more accurate understanding and in-depth grasp of "effective management", and improving everyone's comprehensive quality and management and service capabilities.
