On April 27th, Wang Zuocheng, Director of the Reform Office of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, and a delegation visited the laboratory for research, accompanied by Li Fengzhi, Vice Mayor of Zhengzhou. Zhang Yanqiang, Executive Deputy Director of the laboratory, and Huo Feng, Assistant Director, warmly received the research team.

Wang Zuocheng and his delegation visited the exhibition hall of achievements and the power battery pilot platform, and learned about the construction and operation of the laboratory. During the research period, Huo Feng provided a detailed introduction to the research and development platform and progress of new technologies such as high-performance power batteries and hydrogen energy storage in the laboratory.

At the subsequent symposium, Wang Zuocheng learned about the construction background, strategic positioning, research mode, and development plan of the laboratory, and listened to progress reports on the laboratory's institutional mechanism construction, talent team formation, research project deployment, achievement transformation mode, and research condition guarantee.

Wang Zuocheng fully affirmed the innovation system and mechanism construction of the laboratory, pointing out that as the third batch of provincial laboratories, we should focus on tackling key core technologies and innovative breakthroughs in the new energy industry, vigorously promote platform construction, improve industrial influence, focus on diversified capital investment, and strive to build a high-level laboratory with influence and competitiveness.
