Inquiry Announcement for the Chemical Adsorption Instrument Procurement Project of Longzihu New Energy Laboratory

According to the provisions of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, the Implementation Regulations of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Management Measures for Non Tendering Procurement Methods of Government Procurement, Longzihu New Energy Laboratory is now conducting inquiry procurement for the chemical adsorption instrument. Suppliers who meet the requirements are welcome to participate.

Specifications and technical requirements:

Emical Adsorption Instrument

1.Detector: A parallel thermal conductivity detector is used, and the analysis gas path is controlled by two mass flow meters. The reference gas and reaction gas are simultaneously connected in parallel through the TCD detector to eliminate interference and ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test results.

2.Detector calibration method: fully automatic multi-point calibration without the need for manual operation

3.Steam generator: Equipped with a reflux heater between the temperature control zone and the saturator to ensure that no "condensation" occurs. Reflux temperature: 20°C-150°C, evaporation temperature: 20°C-150°C. Continuous steam experiments can be achieved.

4.High temperature furnace: Temperature range: Room temperature~1200°C, programmed temperature rise, temperature rise rate can becontrolled through computer software, temperature rise rate: 0.1-100°C/min.

5.Rapid cooling: Forced compressed gas cooling system, 500°C to room temperature for less than 10 minutes

6.Interface with devices such as mass spectrometry, infrared, thermal analysis, gas chromatography, etc.

7.The instrument has four independent internal temperature control zones, and each heating zone module can independently control the temperature.

8. Fully automatic pulse reaction can be carried out, and the size of each pulse of the reaction gas can be determined by the size of the injection ring or the loop of the six way valve. The injection ring has multiple volumes to choose from.

2、 Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. Suppliers who comply with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and have legal qualifications;

2. If the supplier provides imported equipment, they must have import and export business qualifications for the purchased goods;

3. The supplier must provide a commitment letter for after-sales service for this project;

4. Relevant proof materials such as credit information inquiry;

5. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

3、 Registration and Quotation Submission

1. For suppliers who are interested in participating in this inquiry, please submit scanned copies of relevant documents stamped with the official seal to: ys@lnelab.ac.cn. The required documents to be submitted are as follows:

(1) Business license, organizational code certificate, tax registration certificate, or a combination of three certificates;

(2) Import and export business qualifications (if imported equipment is provided);

(3) A copy of the authorization letter and ID card of the handling person;

(4) After sales service commitment letter;

(5) Relevant proof materials such as credit information inquiry:

Screenshots of relevant query contents on "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn), such as "dishonest defendants", "list of parties involved in major tax violations", and "list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement" (screenshots should show the query time, and the query time should not be earlier than the release time of this announcement), and be stamped with the official seal of the unit;

(6) Sales performance contracts similar to the bidding products in the past three years (based on the date of contract signing) and other necessary materials to be submitted;

(7) Quotation (including configuration).
